The Registro General de Protección de Datos (General Data Protection Registry) shall record files, and INTERNACO, S.A. shall guarantee that notices meet all requirements.

INTERNACO, S.A. shall also take all Safety Measures regarding the files and data processed in compliance with the provision of the Spanish Organic Law on the Protection of Personal Data.

Users submitting any personal details provide full consent to the incorporation of data to files containing personal details, of which INTERNACO, S.A. is responsible, and also to the electronic processing or by other means of these data to be used by INTERNACO, S.A., with a commercial, financial, customisation, operational purposes or for any activity under its corporate purpose. Users expressly authorise INTERNACO, S.A. to extract, store data and carry out marketing studies in order to adapt offers to personal profiles. INTERNACO, S.A. may keep data once the relationship with the user is terminated so as to meet any legal requirement.
