Visiting this web site does not imply that the user is obliged to submit any personal details. Should the user submit any personal details, the data provided at this website will be used for the purpose, in the manner and under the limitations and rights envisaged as per the Ley Orgánica 15/1999 de Protección de Datos de Carácter Personal (Spanish Organic Law 15/1999 on the Protection of Personal Data) as stipulated in Law 62/2003, of 30th December. Any data submitted by users will be incorporated to personal data files, of which INTERNACO, S.A is responsible. Internaco S.A. shall comply with the obligation of sending a prior notification to the Agencia de Protección de Datos (Spanish Agency for the Protection of Data), about the creation of personal data files and shall also notify the aforementioned agency about any changes in the purpose of the electronic file, the person responsible thereof, and the address where it is located. The Registro General de Protección de Datos (General Data Protection Registry) shall record files, and INTERNACO, S.A. shall guarantee that notices meet all requirements. 

INTERNACO, S.A. shall also take all Safety Measures regarding the files and data processed in compliance with the provision of the Spanish Organic Law on the Protection of Personal Data.

Users submitting any personal details provide full consent to the incorporation of data to files containing personal details, of which INTERNACO, S.A. is responsible, and also to the electronic processing or by other means of these data to be used by INTERNACO, S.A., with a commercial, financial, customisation, operational purposes or for any activity under its corporate purpose. Users expressly authorise INTERNACO, S.A. to extract, store data and carry out marketing studies in order to adapt offers to personal profiles. INTERNACO, S.A. may keep data once the relationship with the user is terminated so as to meet any legal requirement. 

INTERNACO, S.A. shall cancel all data collected when this ceases to be necessary or relevant for the purpose for which it was collected or recorded.

Should data gathered be used for any purpose other than that for which it was collected or registered, prior consent from the persons concerned will be required. 

INTERNACO, S.A. has taken all the necessary technical and organisational measures to guarantee the security and integrity of details given, and to avoid them being altered, lost, used or accessed without authorisation.

Users who provide personal details give their full consent for those details to be communicated to Internaco S.A. to be used in the activities related to their corporate purpose. Users providing personal details are hereby informed that this communication is carried out in the very moment they provide data to INTERNACO, S.A. 

Users whose details have been registered are entitled, free of charge, to object to, access, rectify and cancel their data. They can also withdraw their authorisation without retroactive effect pursuant to the terms contained in Spanish Organic Law 15/1999, on the Protection of Personal Data, in accordance with legally established procedures. When collecting the data, we will indicate if said data is optional or required. Should users refuse to provide the data marked as required, this will imply that the service they were requiring may not be rendered or access granted. Likewise, data may be provided voluntarily in order to offer optimum services.

Should users of this website provide their e-mail address in order to gain access to the services offered, they may state that they do not wish to receive any communication that INTERNACO, S.A. may send when it is not strictly connected to the purpose for which the service was requested.
